Nationwide walk out

I am hoping, in the near future, that we can organize a nationwide walkout on our jobs in protest of all the height and weight discrimination that takes place; it's unjust and inhumane to pay those of us less that don't meet this country's height and weight standards.   If America is supposedly about fairness and tolerance, then they should join us!  For all those companies that impose your ridiculous standards that don't even pertain to the job or our performance.....FUCK YOU!!

Martin Luther King

Just thought that I'd send out a friendly reminder that MLK day is on Monday!   And to all the short men haters out there....MLK was 5'6"...so I guess that means you will be working on Monday then?

Job issues

Well...where do I begin here?

The place I currently work at doesn't seem too friendly towards short men;, especially, short, white men.

I started working there in 2009 and, as usual, I bust my butt to get the job done. which doesn't matter really.

I have had comments directed at me such as...."I didn't want to hire you because you are a little guy and I thought you were incapable."    Hmmm...that was nice...I wonder if I had said something about this woman's ethnicity if I would have kept my job...doubtful.   I had told HR at the time about this incident and was anything done...No!   Shame on you Pitney Bowes/Novitex for allowing this to take place.   Oops...did I give out the company name?    A while later this same woman said directly to me right after President Obama was reelected...."It is not about race!"...then said two seconds later  "get the white out of the White House"...wow! really?   Can you imagine if I had said the same thing?   Double standard anyone?   Now, this woman is no longer there but it was due to an unrelated matter...her offensive remarks towards me were more than welcome I guess.

I had another manager get into my email and forward a message to himself and no apology was ever offered; he wasn't man enough to approach me.  He is no longer there either but it had nothing to do with me.

Want more maltreatment of me?  I have been suffering seizures within the past year,(which might explain why it has been a while since I have posted).   Well,  I suffered a third one in August and my employer somehow forgot to phone my family (which they are supposed to do in an emergency);  when I had asked my managers about it, they gave me the excuse that they didn't know what to do....really?  How are you a manager then?   It seems also that they didn't like me approaching them about this because now they seem to be targeting me.   Maybe you people (you know who you are)  should have done your job to begin with but that would be asking too much of these people.

Most inept group of managers I have ever seen and the company itself isn't much better.   They keep adding to our workload because they can't keep their employees...hmmmm...wonder why?   The managers don't even want to be there, as so they have hinted.  They do have their favorites there though...think I am one...no way!   Wrong skin tone and not tall enough.   Why do I think this way...well.. if you were treated the way I have been, what would you think?

If they want to retaliate against me in some way for posting about them, I am quite sure I can offer a response where I can point out their many violations as well!

I don't like discriminatory fucks and hypocrites!

Oh....don't worry, you can still offend short men....

Hello again....

It's been a while (a year and a half) since I last posted but my blood is boiling!

As I am sure many of you are aware, a Paris satirical newspaper/magazine was attacked yesterday by some individuals who were upset about a cartoon they printed disparaging Mohammed.

I am all about supporting free speech and all but it's funny how when certain groups are targeted or demeaned that there are repercussions.

I can recall when people have posted remarks on social media disparaging black or gay people and have subsequently lost their jobs as a result, yet these same people seem perfectly happy to bash short men on social media.    https://twitter.com/heightismreport.   I am not saying they don't have the right to but the double standards amaze me.

Funny how these people on Twitter love to say how short men are always angry but short men aren't the ones looting and burning stores in protest or anger or killing police officers nor are we going into buildings and shooting people for offending us.   Yea...us short guys are the angry ones!...lol
