Instead of complying, he fled and was chased by Officer Mearkle. She caught up to him and tased him and he subsequently fell down into the snow. She had ordered him to show her his hands which he did not do, tho he had been tasered four times. Now, instead of putting his hands behind his back and cuffing him, she shot him twice in the back!
Today, a jury cleared her of murder!
Now, why in the world has this not been all over the airwaves? Well, David Kassick was an unarmed white man and she was a white officer. I guess unarmed white men who get shot in the back twice don't get any kind of justice. .Whether this was justified or not, this hasn't received any national attention as it no doubt would have had David Kassick been black.
Do you think Quentin Tarantino mentioned David Kassick at his protest when he ran through a list of names of people who have been "murdered" by police? Hmmmm...doubtful. We all know Gilbert Collar wasn't mentioned either. I guess if you are white, you don't matter now.
Since the media won't mention this injustice because it doesn't fit the narrative, I figured I would mention it.
