State of Ohio tried to ban height discrimination....in 1983

Interesting, I wonder whatever happened to this legislation from 1983.  Haven't heard anything from Ohio since.

Guess it didn't pass because it wouldn't remove prejudice from society as was suggested  "...although the Republican minority argues that laws cannot remove such prejudices from society."  

Wow!   Because other laws passed to ban workplace discrimination have removed other forms of prejudice from society I suppose?  lol

Granted, this was thirty-two years ago!

You will never be able to remove prejudice from society but you can challenge the discrimination that it causes!
