First female coach in the NFL, Dr. Jen Welter, is 5'2"

Well, if you are a NFL fan, you probably know that the Arizona Cardinals now have a female coach on staff; a historical moment.

Dr. Jen Welter (she also has a degree in psychology from Boston College) played professional football for fourteen years in a women's league, as a linebacker..  She also played for the Texas Revolution (an men's indoor football team) at running back as well as coaching them,  When I saw that she was 5'2" and weighed about 130lbs, that made me take even more notice;  that must not have been easy.

She now works as a training camp coach for the Cardinals and works with the inside linebackers!

Nice to see that the Cardinals are giving her the opportunity!
